Community Support Specialist

This role involves providing support to clients in maintaining their well-being and working towards their goals and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients
- Assist with daily tasks and enable participation in community activities
- Support clients in achieving their goals and aspirations
Requirements:
- Cert III in a relevant industry qualification or significant experience
- Current Driver's Licence
- Valid Yellow Card - Disability (Qld) or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Evidence of full COVID19 vaccination
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated understanding of a person-centred approach
- Effective communication skills
