Client Experience Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Client Experience Partner to champion a client-centric culture, supporting teams to deliver outstanding client experiences that align with our strategic goals.

This role involves:

  • Designing and executing strategies to elevate the client experience at every stage of the client journey.
  • Creating engaging learning experiences that build client service capability and mindset.
  • Collaborating and engaging with internal stakeholders to exchange ideas, share resources and improve project outcomes.
  • Driving change through insights by analyzing client feedback and communicating outcomes and actions clearly.
  • Tracking success through effective reporting that showcases the impact of client satisfaction and learning initiatives with clear KPIs that inform future strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record in client experience or similar client service focused roles, ideally in professional services.
  • Exceptional communication skills that inspire teams and engage stakeholders.
  • A talent for project management and a strategic mindset that drives flawless execution.
  • Experience or a passion for change management and/or learning and development is a plus.
  • An agile and collaborative approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
