AECOM is seeking a Senior Client Experience Strategist to champion a client-centric culture and drive outstanding client experiences. As a key member of the Client Experience team, you will partner with the Head of Client Experience to design and execute strategies that elevate the client experience at every stage of the client journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement client experience strategies that align with AECOM's strategic goals.
  • Create engaging learning experiences that build client service capability and mindset.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to exchange ideas, share resources, and improve project outcomes.
  • Analyse client feedback and communicate outcomes and actions clearly.
  • Track success through effective reporting that showcases the impact of client satisfaction and learning initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in client experience or similar client service focused roles, ideally in professional services.
  • Exceptional communication skills that inspire teams and engage stakeholders.
  • A talent for project management and a strategic mindset that drives flawless execution.
  • Experience or a passion for change management and/or learning and development is a plus.
  • An agile and collaborative approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
