Key Responsibilities

The Digital Experience Strategist will lead the strategic plan to stitch audience journeys together from Prospect to Member and Member to Prospect. This highly specialized role will be a key lead within the Audience Centre of Excellence (ACE) and the broader Marketing team, which will prepare Marketing and the business for true omni-channel operations and enhancing our ability to engage our audiences across multiple AdTech, MarTech, and other digital platforms seamlessly.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding and background in MarTech, AdTech, data, commercial return/ROI, audience, and segmentation. They will be skilled in cross-functional and/or agile work environments and have a solid understanding of end-to-end journey creation, leading high-performing teams, influencing key stakeholders, and driving outcomes.
