About the Role

You'll be responsible for segmenting audiences based on behaviour and preference, designing and executing A/B/n tests, analysing test results to derive actionable insights, generating audience reports, and sharing findings with relevant stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Segmentation: Utilise data to identify and target specific audience segments, driving business growth through informed marketing strategies.
  • Test Design: Develop and execute A/B/n tests to measure the effectiveness of various marketing approaches, providing valuable insights to optimise future campaigns.
  • Insight Generation: Analyse test results to extract key findings and present them in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.
  • Audience Reporting: Create detailed reports highlighting audience trends, preferences, and behaviours, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate findings to stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and working towards common goals.

    About You and Your Skills

    With experience in digital media agencies, marketing departments or FMCG companies, you possess a solid understanding of MarTech and digital media. Proficiency in marketing software such as SAAS, CRM, CDP, and/or DMP platforms is essential, along with the ability to analyse complex data and extract meaningful insights.
