
Strategist for Customer Growth

As a Customer Experience Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by crafting and executing segment, journey, and recruitment strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive audience planning and customer insights initiatives across various channels to optimize student recruitment, application, and onboarding processes.
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of cross-functional teams spanning content, paid media, web, and digital to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Design and manage customer-specific journey mapping and process discovery, aligning with market intelligence, product, and recruitment teams on strategy development and prioritization.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop product/interest area CVPs that drive insight-led marketing strategies and compel action.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in marketing, business, management, design, or a related field, accompanied by extensive experience, or an equivalent combination of knowledge, training, and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage customer data and insights for integrated marketing efforts.
- Specialized understanding and experience with buyer behavior and segmentation practices, including customer journey mapping and audience personas.
