- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Manager, Consultant, Project Manager, or Sales Engineer.

- Ability to learn and leverage analytics software to drive insights and informed decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts at various lifecycle stages.
