
Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to oversee patient billing activities, collaborate with senior healthcare professionals and develop plans for patient billing concerns and satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Revenue Cycle processes, insurance, and health requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assigns work and monitors staff performance in patient billing activities
- Collaborates with the Director of Patient Financial Experience on developing plans for patient billing concerns and satisfaction
- Manages incoming mail and electronic documents
- Evaluates vendor quality
- Handles escalated patient questions
Requirements
- Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
- Three years of healthcare industry experience involving patient financial issues
- One year in a supervisory role
- Understanding of Revenue Cycle processes, insurance, and health requirements
- Call Center experience preferred
