Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to oversee patient billing activities, collaborate with senior healthcare professionals and develop plans for patient billing concerns and satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Revenue Cycle processes, insurance, and health requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assigns work and monitors staff performance in patient billing activities
  • Collaborates with the Director of Patient Financial Experience on developing plans for patient billing concerns and satisfaction
  • Manages incoming mail and electronic documents
  • Evaluates vendor quality
  • Handles escalated patient questions

Requirements

  • Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
  • Three years of healthcare industry experience involving patient financial issues
  • One year in a supervisory role
  • Understanding of Revenue Cycle processes, insurance, and health requirements
  • Call Center experience preferred
