Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and fostering strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Establishing a customer-centric culture within the store
  • Collaborating with the Store Manager to develop strategies that drive store success
  • Assisting the Store Manager in recruiting, developing, and motivating store team members who consistently exceed customer expectations
  • Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
  • Overseeing CSR activities and performing responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative in the absence of the Store Manager, including transaction processing, cash handling procedures, and other related tasks
  • Analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for increased sales and revenue growth
  • Developing and implementing community marketing initiatives to enhance market share and store revenues
  • Addressing customer complaints to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Supporting the Store Manager with schedule management, cash control, and store audits
  • Staying informed about current policies, procedures, and changes by reviewing Operations Bulletins, News communications, and training materials.
  • Contributing to maintaining a clean and organized store environment for both customers and team members
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, finance, retail, and food service
  • Ability to effectively engage with customers and build positive relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong desire to excel beyond company targets and inspire excellence within a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Integrity and honesty are essential
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • English fluency is mandatory; English/Spanish bilingualism is advantageous

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. with minimal assistance
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces and maintain focus in busy environments with moderate to high noise levels
  • Must be able to multitask and handle frequent interruptions to meet customer needs and requests
