The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Parramatta, Gosford or Newcastle. As part of our diverse team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the NI Technical Support Services Team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and organizing the NI Internal Reviews Inbox to ensure timely and accurate correspondence handling.
  • Assisting in managing EML Australia's adherence to Section 287A Internal Review processes, including reporting, allocations, and complaint prevention.
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION.
  • Providing additional assistance within the team and business unit to support the achievement of goals.
  • Accurately managing data and information, preparing letters/documents, and developing and maintaining Excel data reporting.
About You

We are looking for a skilled and organized individual with:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a strong background in administration and team support.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • A team player who can work collaboratively but also independently.
  • Minimum intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
