Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual maintenance planning with site managers, ensuring legislative and policy adherence.
  • Develop asset service plans, building condition reports, and lifecycle replacement strategies.
  • Manage project-based works, including upgrades, refurbishments, and minor construction.
  • Approve work orders, manage invoicing, and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
  • Conduct regular audits to proactively address safety and compliance issues.
  • Support fleet logistics and represent the organisation during regulatory inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records for compliance, safety, and financial commitments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing FM & Maintenance activities across a portfolio of assets located in NSW and SA. This role supports the full maintenance cycle, ensuring standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality are met and optimised.

Salary: Estimated $85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a professional with qualifications or extensive experience in facilities, building, or construction management. The ideal candidate will have previous/existing experience working for a not for profit organisation, a full drivers license, and proven experience managing maintenance for a large property portfolio.
