The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Asset Management Services Team as a Senior Property Asset Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing superior client service, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving set objectives.

Your success will hinge on your ability to provide professional property management services to a portfolio of clients, including managing financial performance, preparing reports, and coordinating business submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to a team of property managers and other junior staff members
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, operational staff, and clients
  • Manage the financial performance of assets and provide recommendations to clients
  • Prepare regular reports, including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, and tenant issues/meetings
What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced candidate with a relevant degree in property or a related field, preferably with a Bachelor of Business (Property). Your experience in a similar commercial & retail property management role is essential, and you must hold a valid and current Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration.

You will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be able to engage effectively within a team and coordinate business submissions and reports.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive remuneration package, including a generous salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
