Business Transformation Expert

We are seeking a skilled Business Transformation Expert to contribute to the financial oversight, people process, strategy development and co-ordination, and change delivery for our organisation.

  • Consult with leaders, internal stakeholders and clients to support the delivery of our business transformation strategy.
  • Partner closely across departments to advocate for and support the delivery of change initiatives.
  • Promote and coach stakeholders on the use of project management platforms and governance structures.
  • Partner with Change Managers to assess and evaluate current-state to future-state behavioural shifts.
  • Design and write compelling communications which promote and enhance our strategy, showcase delivery, and elevate a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide operational and logistical support on a range of activities such as supplier onboarding and business resilience assessment.
  • Collaborate with peer Business Experts to research and review operational structures and systems to implement improvements addressing legacy processes.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong planning and prioritization skills, analytical thinking, communication and influencing skills, and ability to foster and build collaborative working relationships with various stakeholders.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues at all levels. This is a team-based role, so you will need to possess the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and across large complex environments.
