People & Culture Advisor Role

This is a dynamic and fast-paced opportunity to build your HR career in a supportive national team.

  • You will be responsible for providing guidance to leaders and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Support the delivery of a range of HR initiatives across multiple sites.
  • Benchmark salaries and build reports to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing Tier 1 HR enquiries in a blue-collar, multi-site environment.

  • A relevant degree, AHRI Certification, or equivalent experience is essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Your overseas HR experience may be highly valued.
