Our organization seeks an HR Coordinator to support the growth and success of our team members. This role will play a key part in championing our workplace culture and delivering best-in-class HR support.

">Daily Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and team member lifecycle processes">
  • Coordinate training sessions, recognition programs, and team events">
  • Assist with compliance, record keeping, and reporting requirements">
  • Manage general HR queries and provide first-level support to team members">
  • Ensure smooth daily HR operations including correspondence, filing, data entry, and document preparation">
">Requirements

We are looking for someone who brings experience, heart, and initiative to the role. Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in an HR or people-focused admin role">
  • A proactive and welcoming approach to internal and external stakeholders">
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication">
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR systems (training provided)">
  • An understanding of workplace confidentiality and ethical standards">
  • Flexibility and a team-first attitude">
  • Experience in hospitality or a similar service-driven environment (bonus point)">
  • Familiarity with employment regulations (bonus point)">
