About the Role

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients and referral sources in their region. The role involves generating leads for new client prospects across all business channels.

This officer will be the first point of contact for all referrals and leads from sales and marketing programs, working closely with Client Service Managers to assess suitability and manage prospects through to the intake stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert leads through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing participants, support coordinators, plan managers, and allied health professionals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NDIS sector, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in NDIS sales, client relationship management, or business development is essential.
  • A high degree of success focus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize workload to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Travel throughout the region may be required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capacity to build enduring, high-quality relationships.
