Job Title: Regional Engagement Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-level support to the Director, coordinating regional stakeholder engagement activities and managing key initiatives.
  2. Assist in the development of strategic plans, aligning with departmental goals and objectives.
  3. Coordinate travel plans for regional site visits, arrange meetings with stakeholders, and ensure smooth operation of administrative tasks.
  4. Maintain accurate records, update SharePoint folders, and provide data for business reports.
  5. Foster strong relationships with regional staff, supporting project coordination and providing a link between ground-level operations and strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in applying these skills to support decision-making and process improvement.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and business processes, delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in information systems and digital tools, with experience in using these tools to support regional engagement and reporting.
