Job Title: Regional Engagement Specialist
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support to the Director, coordinating regional stakeholder engagement activities and managing key initiatives.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans, aligning with departmental goals and objectives.
- Coordinate travel plans for regional site visits, arrange meetings with stakeholders, and ensure smooth operation of administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records, update SharePoint folders, and provide data for business reports.
- Foster strong relationships with regional staff, supporting project coordination and providing a link between ground-level operations and strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in applying these skills to support decision-making and process improvement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and business processes, delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in information systems and digital tools, with experience in using these tools to support regional engagement and reporting.
