Senior Leadership Role

Mission Aviation Fellowship is a global Christian organization that uses aviation to bring help, hope, and healing to people in isolation and poverty.

We are seeking an experienced leader to provide strategic direction and leadership for our programs in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies and short-term objectives aligned with our mission and priorities.
  • Lead and mentor Country Directors in the Asia Pacific region to facilitate effective program performance and support their growth and development as leaders.
  • Oversee staff training and development, ensuring staff are cared for on a personal, spiritual, and corporate level.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, including HR, risk mitigation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for MAF International across all regions through active participation in the Operations Leadership Team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Aptitude in verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning.
  • Ability to work within a values-driven framework, particularly when resolving conflicting priorities.
  • Extensive leadership experience at a senior level within a charity or NGO context.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building abilities.
  • Commitment to our evangelical Christian beliefs and values.
  • Familiarity with the Asia Pacific region and its cultural dynamics.
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment.
