As a Senior Project Officer, you will provide high-level executive and project support to the Director and regionally-based team.

Your tasks may include coordinating regional stakeholder engagement activities, triaging the Director's diary, locking in meetings with stakeholders from across the state, coordinating travel plans for regional site visits, and responding to urgent requests for briefing materials.

You will be responsible for updating key systems, pulling together stakeholder communications, drafting letters to accompany briefing notes, and supporting regional staff with project coordination.

The role involves variety and fast-paced environments where your impact is real. You will work side-by-side with the Director to support engagement across government, industry, and community.

This dynamic, detail-focused position requires analytical and problem-solving skills to support decision-making and improve processes, managing multiple projects and business processes to deliver outcomes.
