Visionary Experience Designer

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for shaping the customer experience across digital products. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights and deliver high-quality designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design processes for customer journeys, from research through to delivery
- Collaborate with squads to deeply understand customer needs and business goals
- Plan and run user research to test assumptions and validate ideas
- Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and communicate ideas
- Contribute to and evolve our design system for a consistent user experience
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer in a digital product environment
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across responsive web and/or native mobile
- Skilled in Figma, Miro, and common product tools like Jira or Confluence
- Comfortable leading or supporting user research—both qualitative and quantitative
- Experience working within or contributing to a design system or pattern library
