As a Visual Designer / Experience Designer, you will leverage technology to deliver high-quality output, weaving together multiple design elements into a cohesive whole. Your skills in visual storytelling, creativity, and human-centered design will be invaluable in helping our clients solve complex business problems.

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong design thinking skill set, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively to all audiences. You will work closely with experience managers and stakeholders to develop world-class experience delivery, taking a collaborative approach to work and demonstrating a genuine interest in solving complex business problems.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a minimum 2 years' experience in visual design, graphic design, UI/UX design or related field. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite - particularly Illustrator and Photoshop - is essential, as is knowledge of Mural or Miro. The ability to illustrate and hand letter, live scribe or sketchnote is also desirable.

While experience working in a corporate environment as a creative is preferred, we are open to applications from freelance designers. Additionally, an interest in photography, videography, metaverse, 3D modelling, Virtual reality (VR), animation will be viewed favourably.
