Job Title: Design Visionary

We are seeking an innovative and versatile Creative All-Rounder to join our team as a Design Visionary.

  • You will work closely with the Creative Director on pitches and projects from start to finish.
  • Develop research-based concepts for new projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Create high-quality 2D and 3D visualisations for pitch decks and project presentations.
  • Provide design support on print materials, including liaison with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with developers, animators, and other specialists to bring designs to life.
  • Present work to clients and write briefs for collaborators.
  • Assist with on-site commissioning for installations and contribute to general studio profile and marketing efforts.
About You:
  • You have a passion for technology, the arts, and working in the cultural sector.
  • You possess a strong understanding of digital and design principles, with experience in physical installations and working with architects and builders.
  • You are comfortable working in new areas and adapting to unknowns.
  • You have generalist skills with proficiency in a range of tasks.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in 3D design and rendering software (e.g., 3ds max or C4D).
  • Creative coding or visual programming experience (e.g., TouchDesigner).
  • Animation skills are a plus but not essential.
