Design Visionary

We're seeking a talented professional to spearhead the conceptual design of new stores and refurbishments. As a Design Manager, you'll lead the implementation of our store design guidelines across various projects, driving growth and excellence.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on our brand identity and customer experience. You'll be responsible for innovating and supporting the development of new store formats, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to budgets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Innovate and support the conceptual design of new stores and refurbishments.
  • Timely completion of projects, delivering high-quality results on-time and within budget.
  • Generate feasibility plans and internal designs for our store formats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and exceptional project delivery.
  • Improve efficiency through value engineering and effective project management.

Your Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 6+ years' commercial design experience in retail or hospitality.
  • Familiarity with construction industry practices and documentation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software programs.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
