About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced GRC Manager to lead our cybersecurity risk transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and transforming risk management practices to support secure and compliant operations in a fast-evolving tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cybersecurity risk programs across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders in security, risk, and audit functions, providing strategic advice and guidance.
  • Oversee a high-performing team, mentoring them as they execute key cybersecurity governance initiatives.
  • Transform risk frameworks, enhancing metrics, board reporting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure proactive management of tech risks.
  • Act as the cybersecurity risk authority, helping to drive compliance with industry standards and regulations while ensuring operational resilience.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), specifically within cybersecurity and technology risk.
  • Strong track record in risk transformation—from designing policy to delivering practical, sustainable risk solutions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills—you can engage and influence senior leaders and align risk practices with strategic objectives.
  • Experience across consulting and industry, with the ability to see projects through from concept to execution.
  • High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and a focus on continuous improvement—you know how to foster a culture of feedback and growth.
