**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of people with special needs, their families and carers.

Our organisation is dedicated to providing person-centred services and programs that promote inclusivity and accessibility.

You will be responsible for providing support and assistance with daily living tasks, including medication administration, domestic duties and personal care needs.

Maintaining accurate records and note-taking skills is also essential for this role.

In addition, you will be expected to uphold professional boundaries, confidentiality and dignity in the delivery of support.

Built relationships with clients and their wider support networks are crucial to the success of this position.

Sometimes, shifts may be available in Supported Independent Living housing as well as providing Respite at other facilities.

To be successful in this role, you must have a NDIS Worker Screening check, current police clearance and working with children's check, or be willing to obtain it at your expense.

Previous experience working with and supporting clients with disability is highly desirable as are relevant qualifications.

Australian Drivers Licence, Current First Aid Certificate (Including CPR) or willingness to obtain prior to commencing employment are also requirements.
