Life Enrichment Coordinator Opportunity

We have a unique opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Life Enrichment Coordinator.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for older Australians by developing, implementing, and evaluating social activities programs tailored to their interests, hobbies, spiritual and cultural needs.

You will work collaboratively with our allied health professionals to deliver person-centred care that promotes physical, emotional, and social well-being.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering engaging social activities programs that cater to diverse resident interests and abilities
  • Collaborating with allied health professionals to ensure seamless delivery of person-centred care
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive environment
  • Conducting thorough assessments of resident needs and preferences to inform program development and implementation

Additional requirements include:
