  • Support Worker Positions available for Entry Level & Experienced Applicants
  • Permanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rate of $ $ % super based on experience
  • Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients
  • Our locations including surrounding suburbs

Key Requirements:

  • Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
  • Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
  • Flexibility to work rosters between 8am to 5pm between Monday to Friday
  • Minimum 12+ months experience &/or a Certificate III in Individual Support desirable not essential

Your New Role:

  • Assist with daily living tasks: such as cleaning, laundry & meal preparation
  • Ensure client safety: such as safe manual handling & driver awareness
  • Build client relationships: such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support
  • Transport clients: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
  • Provide personal care: Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting

We welcome applicants that have experience and/or a qualification as a:

  • Disability Support Worker
  • Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
  • Community Services worker
  • Bachelor of Nursing Students
