Head of Sales Leadership

Position Summary
Samsung is seeking a highly skilled and experienced B2C Head of Sales to lead the company's Mobile Experience (MX) Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting objectives, allocating resources, budget management, and driving the sales strategy to achieve divisional targets for revenue, units, and margin.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to accommodate achievement of division goals
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals
- Oversee market analysis to determine customer needs and pricing information
- Lead contract negotiations with all operator and distributor partners as required
- Ensure all activities comply with Acts and Regulations as well as adherence to local and global Samsung policies and procedures
Requirements
- Extensive senior retail channel sales management experience, leading and motivating a large sales team
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated budget/P&L management experience
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills to be able to influence at all levels
- Resilience, adaptable, and agile - able to work well in a fast-paced dynamic environment and able to navigate changes
