Job Description

Our organization seeks a seasoned Human Resources Executive to assume a pivotal leadership role. In this capacity, you will oversee the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture that prioritizes customer centricity, empowerment, quality, productivity, and goal attainment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in senior generalist human resources roles, with expertise across multiple HR functions including talent management, succession planning, industrial relations, remuneration, HRIS, safety, and organizational development.

You will be responsible for advising, coaching, and mentoring employees at all levels on a full range of HR and employee relations matters. Additionally, you will have led significant organizational change initiatives and played a key role in transformation projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in senior generalist human resources roles
  • Deep expertise across multiple HR functions including talent management, succession planning, industrial relations, remuneration, HRIS, safety, and organizational development
  • Proven ability to advise, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on a full range of HR and employee relations matters
  • Experience leading significant organizational change initiatives and playing a key role in transformation projects
  • Strong negotiation skills and union relationships
  • Impeccable communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources or equivalent
