Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join us as a Senior HR Business Partner. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance in human resources, industrial relations, and employee engagement.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions in fast-paced environments. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and address complex HR challenges, foster a culture of inclusivity and growth, and drive business outcomes through effective people management.

About the Role:
  • This is a senior-level position within our HR team, reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources.
  • You will be responsible for delivering expert guidance in industrial and employee relations, complex case management, performance management, and ensuring adherence to HR policy and procedures.
  • You will work closely with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced conflict-resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Possess a positive demeanour coupled with a solution-focused mindset to address complex HR challenges.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
