Oncology Practice Administrator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of financial administrative tasks across multiple Oncology practices. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality patient-centred services by working closely with site-based Patient Services staff.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and maintain financial administrative tasks including generating invoices, payment plans, payments, and debt collection.
- Provide network support to non-patient-facing functions of the billing cycle, managing processes across three Oncology services: Radiation, Medical Oncology & Theranostics.
The key focus is on actively processing financial tasks and delivering results in a timely manner. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a healthcare environment.
- Medical accounts processing skills, including knowledge of Medicare, DVA, and private health funds.
- Ability to use clinical administration systems (Mosaiq/PBRC) and Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external business stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Proven experience working effectively both independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
