Leadership Development Specialist

The Leadership Development Specialist will design and develop learning assets to support leadership development across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Able to manage complex stakeholder needs and translate subject matter into clear, compelling learning assets.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, especially for leadership or people development audiences.
  • Strong communication skills and a portfolio of digital content that drives behaviour change.
  • Proficiency in eLearning platforms and tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A curious mindset — exploring emerging technologies like AI and how they can enhance learning experiences.
