**Job Opportunity: Data Analytics Specialist**

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to deliver critical analytics, systems enhancements, and policy initiatives.

The role has the following key responsibilities:

  • Monthly reporting for senior leaders
  • Delivering data-driven insights to inform workforce planning and management strategies
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective policies and procedures
  • Managing and maintaining HR systems, including upgrades and efficiency improvements
  • Working closely with other teams to achieve business objectives

**Requirements:**

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in delivering HR solutions in a complex organization
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI and report building is desirable
