The Helpline Coordinator plays a pivotal role in daily operations, providing support to the team through supervision, group sessions, training, rostering and workload planning. This position requires strong organisational skills, leadership experience and commitment to working with individuals who have committed sexual offences.
This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster effective relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in social work, psychology or a related field, and relevant professional experience in child sexual abuse prevention and behaviour change.
About the Role- Supervising senior practitioners
- Conducting group supervision and debriefing sessions
- Providing training and induction
- Rostering and workload planning
- Ensuring compliance with mandatory reports
- Tertiary qualification in social work, psychology or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in child sexual abuse prevention and behaviour change
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills
