This expert-level Compliance Specialist position offers a unique opportunity to provide critical analytical support for an Ethics Helpline program.
About the Role- Provide essential support for the Ethics Helpline, including monitoring and responding to inquiries, logging reports, and producing management reports.
- Collaborate with investigators to update stakeholders on case progress, while maintaining accurate records in a case management system.
Key Responsibilities:
Main Tasks- Respond to Ethics Helpline inquiries and log reports, ensuring timely updates for stakeholders.
- Produce monthly management reports and present statistics to various stakeholders using Power BI.
- Develop and maintain the Ethics Helpline Dashboard, utilizing advanced software skills.
- Support the Compliance Manager in triaging new cases and follow up with stakeholders on agreed actions.
- Relevant experience working in compliance, with a strong analytical mindset and expertise in report production.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inform and persuade on complex issues.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance systems, processes, and troubleshooting, with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and graphic design software.
- Adept at working independently, prioritizing tasks in complex situations, and potentially leading assignments.
