About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program for children with disabilities. As an OSHC Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our students, providing support and supervision in a variety of activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and engage with school-age children with disabilities in after-school care and school holiday programs.
  • Assist in planning and implementing activities that promote child development and education.
  • Work collaboratively with the OSHC team to ensure a high-quality service is provided.
Requirements
  • Passion for child development and education.
  • Experience, study, or lived experience in child services, education, or disabilities is desirable.
  • Strong ethics, child safety awareness, and work health and safety knowledge.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in the face of change.
