The Opportunity

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Bendigo, working with our community clients in their homes. As a Support Worker, you will provide support with daily living tasks, enabling our customers to live an independent and fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support with everyday daily activities around the home
  • Assisting with hygiene and personal care
  • Supporting clients with activities outside the home environment
  • Assisting with medication compliance, including dispensing prescription medication
  • Providing meal assistance, including meal preparation
Requirements
  • A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • Australian Drivers Licence (P2 minimum), reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
  • Able to work a range of shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts
