Hearth Support Services is a NDIS Registered Service Provider seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Relationship Manager to join our team at our Bendigo office.

As a central point of contact for support workers and participants, the Relationship Manager role is core to what makes Hearth different to other support providers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and continuously developing relationships between participants and their team of Hearth Support Workers.

Key responsibilities include assessing participant needs, developing Hearth's support program, maintaining relationships with support coordinators, house supervisors, and other relevant external stakeholders, and leading the Support Worker teams to provide responsive, person-centered care that enables participants to progress toward their goals.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in the disability sector, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role, and possess excellent time management and organisational skills.

They will also have a strong client-centred approach, with the ability to advocate for participants and an understanding of complex disability and trauma.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and employee rostering systems.
