Forward Path Advisory, a professional financial services firm based in Victoria, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Advisor to serve their clientele.

Main Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring ongoing communication and updates on their financial plans. Build and maintain long-term relationships, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

Advice Implementation:

Oversee the execution of financial strategies, ensuring they are implemented effectively and efficiently. Coordinate with external providers to execute advice recommendations.

Preparation of Advice Documents:

Collaborate with senior advisors to prepare financial advice documents, including Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA). Ensure all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.

Financial Analysis and Strategy Development:

Conduct research and analysis on financial products and strategies that align with clients' goals. Prepare detailed financial models or forecasts to support senior advisor recommendations.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all client files and advice documents are compliant with industry regulations. Maintain accurate records of client meetings and advice implementation in the client management system.

Support for Senior Financial Advisers:

Assist senior advisors in managing high-net-worth and complex client cases. Attend client meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the broader advice team to ensure seamless service delivery. Support junior staff by mentoring them in areas of financial planning.

Client Onboarding and Reviews:

Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Participate in regular client review meetings to ensure financial strategies remain aligned with clients' goals.

Market Research and Updates:

Stay up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and regulatory changes affecting the financial planning landscape. Provide insights and recommendations to both clients and the team on relevant financial market developments.

Financial Plan Monitoring:

Track the progress of financial plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure clients stay on track with their financial goals.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in banking and finance

- At least 1 year of experience in the field with relevant qualification

- Full working rights in Australia

Salary - $73,000-$83,000 Plus Super
