Job Overview

This role involves coordinating staffing levels across an organisation. Liaise with multiple departments to ensure efficient service delivery.

Reporting to Service Managers, you will support the service delivery team in maintaining accurate and balanced staff rosters. This includes considering delivery needs, staff availability, and requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rostering and calendar management experience
  • Ability to work through complex challenges
  • Experience working with SCHADS/HPSS awards and rostering requirements
  • Proficiency in HeroPay/Workzone rostering platforms

In addition, successful candidates will have a valid Working With Children Check and Police Check.
