About the Position:We are seeking an organised and proactive Roster Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our new aged care home.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in setting up the site before its grand opening;
- Work closely with the commissioning team to ensure all staff are brought on board in a positive and organised manner;
- Support the residential manager and team with ongoing administration and rostering of staff;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience in administration and rostering (aged care preferred), including validations for Payroll;
- Ability to provide support and supervision to Reception employees;
- Able to provide support and supervision to residents and family members;
- Discrete and able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people;
- Comfortable learning new technology;
