Roster Coordinator

About the Position:

We are seeking an organised and proactive Roster Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our new aged care home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in setting up the site before its grand opening;
  • Work closely with the commissioning team to ensure all staff are brought on board in a positive and organised manner;
  • Support the residential manager and team with ongoing administration and rostering of staff;
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience in administration and rostering (aged care preferred), including validations for Payroll;
  • Ability to provide support and supervision to Reception employees;
  • Able to provide support and supervision to residents and family members;
  • Discrete and able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people;
  • Comfortable learning new technology;
