Job Title: Staff Rostering Coordinator

Work Type: Permanent Part Time

Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 9am - 3pm

Salary Range: $28.39 - $29.21 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Staff Rostering Coordinator to join our team at Arcare Templestowe. As a key member of our frontline team, you will be responsible for effective rostering which is crucial in meeting the unique needs of our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Staff Scheduling: Developing and maintaining staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and to meet the care requirements of residents.
  2. Managing Shift Changes: Handling requests for shift changes, leave, or time off and finding suitable replacements when necessary to maintain staffing levels.
  3. Communication: Maintaining effective communication with staff members to inform them of their schedules, shift changes and any updates or important information related to their work.
  4. Coordination with Management: Collaborating with the facility's management team to align staffing needs with operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage rostering and team member allocations.
  • Experience using employee scheduling software.
  • Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.
  • Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
  • Effective communication abilities.
