We are seeking a high-calibre commercial leader to spearhead our financial models and drive strategic decision-making.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain complex project feasibility and financial models across residential, commercial and hospitality projects
  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights to support senior management and executive-level strategy
  • Partner with development directors and project teams to assess commercial viability and optimise outcomes
  • Provide scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to guide project strategy and risk management
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior management, executives and external stakeholders
  • Monitor project performance against forecasts and provide proactive recommendations
  • Support funding, joint venture and capital raising activities through robust analysis and modelling
  • Collaborate across finance, sales, marketing and development to ensure alignment of commercial objectives
Requirements
  • Degree qualifications in finance, commerce, economics or a related field; post-grad qualifications (CFA, CA, CPA, MBA) highly regarded
  • Proven experience in financial modelling, commercial analysis and feasibility assessment within property development or a related sector
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, with confidence at senior management and executive level
  • Advanced excel and financial modelling capability, ideally supported by exposure to industry-specific modelling tools
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented and strategic thinker with the ability to operate at pace
