Job Title: Commercial Finance Leader

We are seeking an accomplished finance professional to lead our Commercial Team. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving meaningful insights, delivering performance, and supporting executive decision making across the business.

About the Role:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing commercial finance team to deliver impactful results.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes across all business units.
  • Deliver actionable financial analysis to support growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with senior leaders and department heads to inform commercial decision-making.
  • Build robust models for pricing, profitability, and scenario planning.
  • Oversee board reporting, monthly performance packs, and executive dashboards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and enhance financial visibility.
  • Maintain strong financial governance and risk management across commercial operations.
About You:
  • Candidates must be CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial finance, preferably in a manager role.
  • Experience within a retail or FMCG environment is highly regarded.
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset are essential.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills are required.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; Power BI and/or ERP system experience are highly valued.
  • A natural leader who enjoys collaboration, leadership, and driving change.
