Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Store Operations and Logistics Coordinators to ensure effective execution of daily tasks and operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with Store Leadership teams to identify areas of opportunity and implement process improvements.
- Coach and train team members to develop their skills and knowledge in trolley collection, cleaning, and waste management.
- Manage time and attendance activities, including tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Order consumables and maintain inventory within budget.
- Work collaboratively with other Department Managers and Store Leadership teams to plan and coordinate routines and timeframes.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work in different environments, including shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
- A good eye for detail and ability to maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
- Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work with regulated frameworks, including Food Safety and industrial regulations.
- A valid full Australian driver's license is essential for collecting trolleys using our vehicles.
