Finance Transaction Specialist

The role of a Finance Transaction Specialist is to manage financial transactions to suppliers and maintain strong customer relationships through the delivery of exceptional service within set guidelines.
- Process all invoices accurately and on time, maintaining high efficiency standards.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure proper authorisation.
- Verify payments and check they are matched to purchase orders.
- Foster close relationships with suppliers by ensuring invoices are delivered correctly and in the correct format.
- Perform monthly supplier reconciliations and liaise internally and externally.
- Work with finance professionals on analysis and reporting projects.
- Process employee expense reimbursements and staff credit cards.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining accounts payable processes and procedures.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in a similar Accounts Payable focused position is essential.
- Proven ability to process, sort, post and manage invoices.
- Strong analytical and computer skills required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products.
- Able to work effectively in a team and autonomously when required.
