Job Description Reporting to our Transactional Services Team Leader , we have two opportunities to strengthen our transactional team with Claims Specialists who deliver timely and accurate claims for our Home Care and NDIS businesses.
You will play a critical role in ensuring system integrity, driving continuous improvement, and providing insights to stakeholders across the Healthcare Australia Group.
Key responsibilities include: Leading and supporting the Claims Specialist team to deliver accurate and timely claims (accounts receivable).
Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
Driving process improvements and system enhancements to support efficiency and risk mitigation.
Managing escalations and providing technical support to stakeholders.
Collaborating across teams to deliver a high-quality customer and workforce experience.
Let's talk about you
You are a finance professional with a strong knowledge of transactional processes, ideally from claims or accounts receivable experience.
Experience in the Home Care or NDIS sectors will be a bonus
For the senior role, you should be seeking a leadership position, guiding the team with problem-solving and daily work organization.
Our Finance team values questioning current processes, bringing fresh ideas, and continuously improving how we work.
Exposure to MS Dynamics will be beneficial for our upcoming implementation.
