About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transaction Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality claims processing services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Claims Team to deliver accurate and timely claims processing.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Drive process improvement and system enhancements to support efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Manage escalations and provide technical support to stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver a high-quality customer and workforce experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong knowledge of transactional processes and experience in claims or accounts receivable is highly desirable. For senior roles, leadership skills and ability to guide problem-solving are essential.
