Job Overview

This is a challenging role for an experienced real estate finance professional to join our organization in Cardiff. As a key member of the firmwide real estate finance team, you will advise lenders and borrowers on high-value transactions, managing matters from instruction through to completion.

You will have exposure to complex and high-profile deals, working with major property finance lenders, investment funds, developers, and corporates across the UK. Your experience in real estate finance transactions will be valuable, as well as your ability to draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, and related transactional documentation.

The role offers progression opportunities within the team, with clearly mapped-out career paths from Senior Associate to Director, Partner, and ultimately Lead Partner. You will work collaboratively with a supportive and ambitious organization that values growth, innovation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Advise lenders and borrowers on high-value real estate finance transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, and related transactional documentation.
  • Manage matters from instruction through to completion and assist senior colleagues on larger deals.
Requirements
  • 4 years' PQE in real estate transactional work.
  • Strong experience in real estate finance transactions.
  • Prior exposure to real estate finance work is preferred.
