Job Description

Reporting to our Transactional Services Team Leader, we have 2 opportunities to further strengthen our critical transactional team, our Claims Specialists who deliver timely and accurate claims across our impressive Home Care and NDIS businesses.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring system integrity, driving continuous improvement, and providing insights to stakeholders across the Healthcare Australia Group. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting the Claims Specialist team to deliver accurate and timely claims (accounts receivable)
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
  • Driving process improvement and system enhancements to support efficiency and risk mitigation
  • Managing escalations and providing technical support to stakeholders
  • Collaborating across teams to deliver a high-quality customer and workforce experience

Let's talk about you

You are a finance professional with a strong knowledge of transactional processes - ideally from claims or AR experience.  If you have been working in and around the Home Care or NDIS sectors that will earn you some bonus points

For the Senior role you'll be a someone wanting to take a step into leadership - guiding our team with problem-solving and day to day work organisation.
